Jaipur, 12 February 2020: The All India Public Sector Badminton Competition is being organized by the Airports Authority of India, Sports Control Board. The four-day competition was inaugurated at a grand function organized at Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium, Jaipur, with Chief Guest Mrs. Kiran Soni Gupta, Director General Jawahar Arts Center, Jaipur, J.S. Balhara, Airport Director, Jaipur Airport, Gyan Batra General Manager (HR), AAI, Corporate Headquarters, New Delhi.

On this occasion,Ramesh Sachdeva Advisor, All India Sports Promotion Board and Vice President of Rajasthan Badminton Association, Manoj Dasot, representatives of various government departments and many distinguished guests were present. The Chief Guest encouraged all the players and urged them to increase interest in sports and promote sports to the government undertakings, emphasizing the need for sports in today’s mentally stressful lifestyle.

In this competition, 13 teams of male and female sections of All India PSUs are participating. In the tournament, women and men teams will participate in singles, doubles and mixed matches.
