The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Ram Naresh Singh, Executive Director, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) to the post of Chairman, Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) from the date of assumption of charge of the post till 31.08.2023 i.e. the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier;
