3. Ravi Capoor, AM-1986
4. E.L.S.N. Bala Prasad, BH-1986
5. Anil Kumar Jain, MP-1986
6. Asit Kumar Tripathy, OR-1986
Also Ms. Amita Prasad, KN-1985 has been empanelled as Secretary-equivalent
