Bhaskar Khulbe re-employed and placed as Secretary to PM

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the re-employment of Bhaskar Khulbe as Secretary to Prime Minister, on contract basis for a period of six months beyond 31.03.2019 i.e. the date of his superannuation.
