Biranchi Das, SECL Director, hands job offers to candidates from Coalfield Areas

South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) successfully concluded a six-month job-oriented vocational skill development training program under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The valedictory function for successful candidates of Machine Operator-Injection Moulding (MO-IM) course was held today at CIPET Raipur, marking the culmination of their rigorous training and their entry into the professional world.
In his address, Chief Guest, Biranchi Das Director (P), SECL congratulated the candidates on their accomplishments and highlighted the significance of skill development programs in shaping the future of the industry. He emphasized the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in today’s fast-evolving job market.
During the event function 40 no. of course completion certificates and 35 no. of job offer letters of different reputed companies (whereas 5 no. of candidates have opted for higher studies), marking the official recognition of their hard-earned success.
The event was attended by Dr. Alok Sahu, Director, CIPET- Raipur, Alok Kumar, General Manager (Civil/ CSR), officials from CSR Department and training faculty, all of whom expressed their pride in the achievements of the candidates.
The MO-IM course, designed to equip individuals with technical skills in machine operations and injection moulding, has proved to be a gateway for employment opportunities. The 40 candidates have successfully completed the course, gaining valuable hands-on experience and industry knowledge. Their hard work and dedication have earned them placements in esteemed organizations, which will contribute to their growth and the industry. The candidates mesmerized the audience with a vibrant folk dance performance.
