CIL DONATES FOR ASSAM FLOOD RELIEF

J. K. Borah, General Manager, North Eastern Coalfields, handed over a cheque of Rs. 31.60 Lakhs to Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the flood affected people of Assam. Employees of North Eastern Coalfields, Coal India Ltd., Margherita, Assam donated one day’s basic pay to help the victims of the raging floodwaters which wreaked havoc in Assam.
