Mrs. Seema Bahuguna, Secretary, DPE, Dr. Madhukar Gupta, Additional Secretary, DPE & Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC (India) Ltd. seen on the dais after inaugurating a Two Day Orientation Programme on “Capacity Building of (non official) Independent Directors of the CPSEs” on 30 – 31 January, 2017 in New Delhi. The programme was organised jointly by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) and NBCC (India) Ltd. with the aim to create awareness on the roles and responsibilities of Independent Directors of CPSEs which was attended by a good number of Independent Directors from the CPSEs.
