Former CBI Spl.Director RK Dutta appointed Member HRC in KK

Rupak Kumar Dutta, 1981 batch retired IPS officer of Karnataka batch, has been appointed as member Human Rights Commission of Karnataka.R K Dutta got retired last year as DGP of Karnataka, earlier Dutta has serviced at Central posting as Special Secretary (Internal Security) in the Ministry of Home Affairs,Dutta also served in Central Bureau of Investigation as Special Director where he oversaw two Supreme Court-monitored probes into the 2G spectrum allocation and coal blocks allocation case.
