Govt of India has issued orders for the appointment of about three dozen Joint Secretaries. The names of newly appointed JS are:-

M Ariz Ahmad has been appointed as MD, at Joint Secretary level, National Horticulture Board. He is a 1995 batch IAS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre

Vikas Sheel has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare. He i8s a 1994 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre.

Ms Richa Bagla has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy, Mumbai. She is a 1999 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre.

Ms Richa Misra has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Defence. She is a 1996 batch IDAS officer.
 
Ms Kimbuong Kipgen has been appointed as Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) at Joint Secretary level. She is a CSS officer.

Atul Singh has been appointed as Additional Secretary at Joint Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). He is a 1995 batch IPS officer of AP cadre.

Daniel Paul has been apointed as Additional Secretary at Joint Secretary in Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). He is a 1989 batch IDES officer.

B H Anil Kumar has been appointed as Executive Director, at Joint Secretary level in NIDM. He is a 1987 batch IAS officer of Karnataka cadre.

Srinivas Bandla has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre.

Subhasish Panda has been appointed as Deputy Director at Joint Secretary level, AIIMS. He is a 1997 batch IAS officer of HP cadre.

Edwin Kulbhushan Majhi has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Food and Public Distribution. He is a 1989 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre.

Anil Kumar Nayak has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines. He is a 1986 batch IOFS officer.

Sushil Kumar Lohani has been appointed as Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner at Joint Secretary level. He is a 1995 batch IAS officer of Orissa cadre.
 
Sanjay Jaju has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Defence Production. He is a 1992 batch IAS officer of Telangana cadre.

Satya Brata Sahu has been appointed as Director at Joint Secretary level, NHIDCL. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer of Orissa cadre.

Sunil Kunal Kumar has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs. He is a 1999 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre.

Ms Gurveen Sidhu has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers. He is a 1995 batch IA &AS officer.

Minhaj Alam has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. He is a 1996 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre.

Ms Rashmi Chowdhary has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Social Justice & Empowerment. She is a 1989 batch IRPS officer.

Vivek Kumar Dewangan has been appointed as Joint Secretary & FA, Ministry of Power. He is a 1993 batch IAS officer of Manipur cadre.

Jaideep Kumar Mishra has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. He is a 1993 batch ICAS officer.

Sanjay Sharna has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles. He is a 1988 batch officer of Indian Postal Service.

S C L Das has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). He is a 1992 batch IAS officer of UT cadre.

Upamanyu Basu has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries. He is a 1989 batch IRS-IT officer.

Puneet Kansal has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel. He is a 1996 batch IAS officer of Sikkim cadre.

Sudhansh Pant has been apointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare. He is a 1991 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre.

Navdeep Rinwa has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals. He is a 1999 batch IAS officer of UP cadre.
