A massive protest was organised in Shastri Bhawan on 02.12.2015 against the biased recommendations of the 7th CPC for vested interest. Every nook and corner of the Shashtri Bhawan was choked with the staff of Central Secretariat Services. There were tremors in the corridor of power. There was such an effect of that massively organised protest that an immediate meeting has been scheduled on 07th December, 2015 with Central Secretariat Services and other ancillary services supporting it to consider the recommendations of 7th CPC. Due to similarly organised protest on 04.12.2015 in Nirman Bhawan and upcoming plan in North and South Block-soon, the PMO is going to meet with staff of CSS on such recommendation to soothe their feeling and give them assurances that vested recommendations will be nipped in the bud. There is a feeling of isolation among the officers of CSS and affecting the morale of CSS officers in general and functioning of Central Secretariat in Particular. Therefore, I enclose herewith a copy of press release of the same, hand bills and protest letter sent to the higher offices of the Country for your reference to bring out a short article on your own forum so that these issues can be debated publicly. The CSS officers have nowadays started browsing your site in large numbers and commented where they found it appropriate. In days to come, this will increase disproportionately.
