Vigilance Awareness Week 2015 is being observed by HUDCO from 26th October to 31st October, 2015. The week long programme began with administration of pledge by Dr. M. Ravi Kanth, IAS(r), Chairman & Managing Director, HUDCO to all the employees and read the messages received from Hon’ble President of India, Vice President of India and Prime Minister of India. The messages received from Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Home Minister of India, Comptroller & Auditor General of India and Central Vigilance Commission were read out by PRK Naidu, CVO. K.V Chowdary, Central Vigilance Commissioner visited HUDCO Corporate Office at Delhi and addressed the senior officials of HUDCO on the theme of ‘Preventive Vigilance as a tool of good governance’. Chowdary emphasized the need for simplification of procedures, curtailment of discretionary powers, transparency in decision making process and to protect the officials, who took bonafide decisions in the interest of the organization.
