International Yoga Day, observed at MMTC Corporate Office,

On the ocassion of International Yoga Day, MMTC Corporate Office observed the day by organizing a session on “Meditation for Healthy and Happy Life” on 21.06.2019, which was conducted by external expert from Brahmakumaris. The session was followed by yoga training session by our in-house yoga instructor. Director (P) graced the ocassion with his presence and encouraged the participants to imbibe yoga in their day to day lifestyle.
