It has been reported that IPS Officers have met on inordinated delay on review of pending 83/79/84/batches IAS review take places in 2 to 4 months but in IPS case it has been postponed number of time in an year.
It has been 3 to 4 times delay of 1982 batch.
In this concern IPS emergency meeting held recently in Delhi on many issues includes this issue of delay in review. Memorandum soon to be sent to Cabinat Secretary,Home Secretary and PMO through Secy IPSOSA.
