Kishore Rungta, who is the Director (Finance),ECIL,has been selected for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Fertilizers & Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) at a Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) meeting held on February 27, 2018.
