(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Karnataka government has transferred several IAS officers across the state, assigning them to important roles to enhance governance and service delivery. The transfers reflect a strategic approach toward efficient administration in both urban and rural sectors.

Zehera Naseem, IAS (2013 batch), who was serving as Managing Director of the Karnataka Silk Industries Corporation in Bengaluru, has been posted as Regional Commissioner of Kalaburagi Division, Kalaburagi. She replaces Krishna Bajpai, IAS, who has been transferred.

Bhoobalan T, IAS (2015 batch), Deputy Commissioner of Vijayapura District, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for E-Governance in the Department of e-Governance, Bengaluru. He takes over from Dileesh Sasi, IAS, who has also been transferred.

Dr. Susheela B, IAS (2015 batch), Deputy Commissioner of Yadgir District, will now take charge as Managing Director of Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (KKRTC), Kalaburagi.

Anandh K, IAS (2016 batch), formerly Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat in Dakshina Kannada, Mangaluru, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Vijayapura District, replacing Bhoobalan T.

Pandve Rahul Tukaram, IAS (2016 batch), Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Raichur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner for Public Instruction in Kalaburagi. He replaces Dr. Akash S, IAS.

Bhoyar Harshal Narayanrao, IAS (2016 batch), Director of Atal Jana Snehi Kendra (AJSK), Bengaluru, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Yadgir District, replacing Dr. Susheela B.

Dileesh Sasi, IAS (2017 batch), who was serving as CEO of the Centre for E-Governance, has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayat, Uttara Kannada, Karwar. He replaces Iswar Kumar Kandoo, IAS.

Iswar Kumar Kandoo, IAS (2018 batch), has been transferred from Uttara Kannada and will now serve as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayat, Raichur, in place of Pandve Rahul Tukaram.

Shashidhar Kurera, IAS (2018 batch), Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Bagalkot District, has been posted as Joint Managing Director of the Karnataka Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation (KUIDFC), Bengaluru.

Dr. Akash S, IAS (2019 batch), Additional Commissioner for Public Instruction, Kalaburagi, has been posted as Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Bagalkot District, replacing Shashidhar Kurera.

Aparna Ramesh, IAS (2021 batch), who was awaiting posting, has been appointed Director of Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS) in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (e-Governance), Bengaluru. She replaces Yatish R, IAS, and will also hold concurrent charge as Deputy Project Director, HRMS 2.0, Finance Department, Bengaluru.

Narwade Vinayak Karbhari, IAS (2021 batch), Senior Assistant Commissioner of Madikeri Sub Division, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Dakshina Kannada, Mangaluru, replacing Anandh K.

Yatish R, IAS (2021 batch), previously serving as Director of EDCS, has now been posted as Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Bengaluru Urban District, thereby relieving Jagadeesha G, IAS from additional charge.

This reshuffle highlights the state government’s intent to streamline administrative functioning and optimize the deployment of skilled officers in strategic and developmental roles across Karnataka.
