NBCC Secures NHIA Project worth over Rs.100 Crs.

NBCC (India) Ltd. was awarded the construction of permanent office buildings for the Regional Offices (ROs) cum Project Implementation Units (PIUs) of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project, valued at approximately Rs. 101 crore.
The new offices will be strategically located across seven states, including Bhopal, Madurai, Delhi, Guwahati, Varanasi, Thiruvananthapuram and Raipur. This initiative will enhance NHAI’s operational capabilities and improve project implementation across the Nation.
The scope of work encompasses the construction and development of the seven ROs and PIUs, adhering to all relevant building bylaws. NBCC will handle the complete design and engineering processes, covering civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and HVAC works as well as lab equipment, furniture, and IT networking as applicable The project is expected to be completed within 24 months from the start of the project.
