Anil Swarup, IAS, Former Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Former Secretary, Ministry of Coal, GOI addressed NTPC family as part of its ‘Eminent Speaker Series’ on 13th May 2019. Shri Swarup gave an insightful talk on ‘ Making Things Happen in Government’ .
