has been appointed as Part-time Official Director of Dredging Corporation of India Limited. He is presently serving as Joint Secretary Shipping Govt. Of India. Krishn is credited as an officer of great ablities in performing his duties in whichever department he has served. Earlier he has been DG NACO in GoI & PS Heath in MP.
