Rakesh Agarwal IAS officer Madhya Pradesh 1982 batch who is presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary Government of Madhya Pradesh is organising a solo painting exhibition at Latlit kala academi New Delhi. The exhibition will be innugurated by former Cabinet Secretary Ajit Set and smt. Jaya Jaitly (President of Dostori movement) at 6.00 pm on 9th Sepemter 2015.
