New Delhi, 30th January 2020: As a part of its ongoing “Health First” initiative, REC Limited organised a talk on “Mindfulness for Excellence & Leadership Development” by Dr. Sandeep Gupta for all its women employees. The main objective of the talk was to promote mental health and empower women to become leaders at their workplace.
