SJVN Limited. Celebrated Independence Day a with great enthusiasm. In this occasion N.L. Sharma, Chairman and Managing Director SJVN Limited., unfurled National Flag at the head quarters. Other then all the dignitaries Director (Personnel) Mrs Geeta Kapur, Director (Civil) S.P Bansal, Director (Finance) A.K Singh and Director (Electronics) Sushil Sharma were present.

Nand Lal Sharma paid tributes to the valiant freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives to achieve freedom of the nation and exhorted all the employees to work dedicatedly towards achievement of Shared Vision of becoming 25000 MW company by 2040.

In an innovative initiative, during the event 34 Sanitation Workers deployed in SJVN by the contractor were rewarded Rs 5000 each, for their valuable contribution in keeping the office premises of SJVN clean.
