Surendra Kumar Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director and in the presence of officers of the Department of Official Language received the first prize for the best implementation of official language and consolation prize for publication of the magazine, awarded by Narakas (Undertaking), Kolkata. S.K.Gupta, CMD- MSTC alongwith the officials of the Department of Officials Language inaugurated the web portal for Narakas (Undertaking) Kolkata. Narakas (Undertaking) Kolkata’s 28th issue of Abhivyakti, edited by MSTC Ltd., was also inaugurated by S.K. Gupta, CMD- MSTC and Dr. Sunil Kumar Saw, editor of the 28th issue along with other officials. Deputy Manager (Official Language).
