Sridhar Patra to take over the charge of CMD National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), the Navratna PSU under Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India, on December 1st 2019.

Sridhar Patra is present Director (Finance) of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), Patra has long successful career in PSU world wherein he has served THDC India Ltd as the Director (Finance). Patra’s rich and varied experience of over 30 years covering various Public Sector Undertakings like Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., Indian Rare Earths Ltd. and Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd.(A subsidiary of ONGC Ltd.).

With Patra’s likely takeover it is expected that his rich experience in various sectors, including mining, will the strengthen of NALCO team and help the Company soar to greater heights of glory.

A graduate in Commerce from Utkal University, Patra is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He completed his MBA (HRD) from Vidya Sagar University and has contributed as an academician apart from his professional employment in PSUs.
