(THE NEWSMAN OF INDIA.COM) It has been learnt the Amrapali Projects Work is in full swing under NBCC’ s command. The work on 2 Projects by NBCC namely, Eden Park, Noida & Castle, Greater Noida of Amrapali Group consisting of 612 Units is nearing completion.

Further, as per direction of the Supreme Court, Tenders are in Process for 6 Noida Projects named Saphire I & II, Princely Estate, Zodiac, Silicon Phase I & Phase II, consisting of 9825 Units valuing Rs.429.17 Crores inclusive of PMC & GST on PMC and 2 Greater Noida Projects: Centurian Low Rise & O2 Valley consisting of 1400 Units, valuing Rs 184.46 Crore. As per the report, work for these projects is likely to start by the end of January 2020 & delivery is likely to begin in nine Months from the date of start. The project works have gathered full momentum recently.
