The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Sushil Sharma as Director (Electrical) of SJVN Limited, a state-run Miniratna PSU under the administrative control of the Ministry of power, on Wednesday. According to an order, Sharma has been appointed on the post with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post on or after August 1, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He is currently serving as General Manager (Electrical) in the same organisation. With his promotion, Sharma will replace Rakesh Kumar Bansal who is serving the organisation for a long time.
