Amit Shah, Union Home Minister laid the Foundation Stone of DDA’s TOD based East Delhi Hub integrated development project, Karkardooma Delhi, on December 26, 2019. Other distinguished guests who were present on the occasion, included Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA); Anil Baijal, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi; Manoj Tiwari, MP; Gautam Gambhir, MP; O P Sharma, MLA. On this occasion, Neelesh Shah, Director (Projects), NBCC, explained the Model & details of the project to Ministers & Dignitaries. On behalf of DDA, NBCC shall implement the project as PMC and would execute construction of 1630 houses in 42 months with an estimated cost of Rs. 1393.00 Crore.
