Vice Governor of Wakayama Prefectural Government (WPG) Hiroshi Shimo San led an official delegation under to Mumbai and called on Chief Minister Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis today at the Sahyadari State Guest House Mumbai, he talked on the success of the mou between Maharashtra and Wakayama Prefecture, Japan.
