WAPCOS Limited and National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) is a “MINI-RATNA- Category-I”, have combined to derive synergy from their strengths of Engineering, Procurement and Construction to accelerate Water Resources, Power and Infrastructure in India and promote bilateral Cooperation with other countries under the guidance of government of India.
A sale purchase agreement for combination of WAPCOS and NPCC was signed recently and further the consideration amount was deposited by WAPCOS limited with the government of India. Wapcos sought the support and cooperation of all the stakeholders.
