The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposals of the Department of Financial Services: Extension of the term of M.R. Kumar (DOB: 13.06.1961) as Chairperson, Life Insurance Corporation of India by a further period of one year beyond 13.03.2022, or till he attains the age of superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest;

Also extension in service and term of Raj Kumar as Managing Director, Life Insurance Corporation of India, by a period of one year beyond the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.01.2022, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
