Anil Kumar Jha, Chairman, Coal India Limited addressed the management and faculty at Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM) at Ranchi.

He addressed the participants who are management trainees, doctors and middle level managers from CIL and its subsidiary companies attending various ongoing programs at IICM.

Jha called upon the executives of CIL to have a sense of pride, dignity and commitment to be a part of such an esteemed organization like Coal India. He spoke about how CIL plays an important role in providing energy security to the country. He also emphasized the importance of sustainability and advised that everyone should inculcate values like humility, honesty and devotion to service.
