Chhabilendra Roul has assumed the charge of Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, with effect from 31.12.2018 (AN) vice Smt. Bharathi S. Sihag, IAS (HP:83) consequent upon her superannuation on 31.12.18 (AN). Roul is an Indian Administrative Services Officer of 1985 batch, from Punjab Cadre.
