Government of India, The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointments of here listed officers at Joint Secretary 1 Joint Secretary equivalent level with pay at Level 14 (~.1,44,200 – 2,18,2001-) of the Pay Matrix:

(1) appointment of Abhilaksh Likhi, IAS(HY:1991), as Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier,vice Ashish K. Bhutani, IAS(AM:1992)

(2) appointment of Paban K. Borthakur, IAS(AM:1989),Joint Secretary, Department of
Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare, as Chairman (JS level), APEDA under Department of Commerce, on lateral shift basis, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years upto 30.04.2022 or until further orders, whichever is earlier,vice D.K.
