GoI to hire professionals to work at highest bureaucatic level

Working out on a formula to manage the shortage of IAS officers in centre. The Government of India is going to recruit young professional with expertise in the areas of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Road Transport and Highways, Shipping, Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Revenue, Financial Services, Economic Affairs, New and Renewable Energy, Civil Aviation, and Commerce.
As per the reports GoI will appointment these professionals for three years to five years depending upon their performance. These officers would work at highest bureaucratic capacity, they may be working at joint secretary level.
