Post of Director Prosecution in CBI, yet remains unfilled

In sources to be believed then a much in the talk Department, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), yet has no successor of OP Verma,who completed his term on December 23,as Director of Prosecution in CBI, GoI has invited nominations from different Ministries to fill the vacant post of the Director of Prosecution in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI),it is to be mentioned that the CBI is working without its regular head after the removal of Alok Verma .
In CBI, The Director of Prosecution is an important post.He reports to CBI Director, and furnishes legal executions of cases probed by the CBI, as per the reports. The Ministry of Personnel has asked the Secretaries in GoI to recommend the names of JS level officers for this post .finally the selection of the Director of Prosecution, CBI is made on the recommendation of the Central Vigilance Commission.
