Govt of India The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved 30 appointments of officers of Secretary/Joint Secretary equivalent level.
The approved names are as follow:
Sanjay Agarawal, IAS (UP:84), presently in the cadre, as Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare on superannuation of S.K. PaUanayak, IAS on 30.09.2018;

Pritam Singh,IAS (RJ:84),Director General, National Archives of India as Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes in the rank and pay of Secretary.

Sanjeev Ranjan,IAS (TR:85),presently in the cadre, as Chairman, National Highways Authority of India in the rank and pay of Secretary.

Rajeev Ranjan, IAS (TN:85), presently in the cadre,as Special Secretary, GST Council Secretariat, Department of Revenue by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Additional Secretary.

Ms.Sudha Krishnan, IA&AS:83, presently in the cadre, as Member Finance, Space
Commission.The officer would also hold additional charge of Member Finance, Earth
Commission and Atomic Energy Commission (with Headquarters at New Delhi).

Ms.Anita Bhatnagar Jain,IAS (UP:85), presently in the cadre,as Secretary,Central Information Commission in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.

Tarun Kapoor,IAS (HP:87), presently in the cadre, as Vice Chairman,Delhi Development Authority in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary on superannuation of Udai Pratap Singh, IAS (JH:84) on 30.09.2018.

Sudhanshu Panday, IAS (JK:87),Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce as Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce.

Gyanesh Kumar,IAS (KL:88),Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs as Additional
Secretary,Ministry of Home Affairs.

Dr.Dharmendra Singh Gangwar,IAS (BH:88), Additional Secretary,Ministry of Food
Processing Industries as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor,Ministry of Culture.

Jatindra Nath Swain, IAS (TN:88), Managing Director,Solar Energy Corporation of
India Limited as Managing Director, Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary.

Ms. Alka Tiwari, IAS (JH:88),Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers as Additional Secretary,Department of Fertilizers by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Director in Department of Pharmaceuticals. Earlier order dated 30.06.2018 appointing her as Secretary, CVC stands cancelled.

Rakesh Sarwal, IAS (TR:88), presently in the cadre, as Additional Secretary, Ministry
of Food Processing Industries.Earlier order dated 02.05.2018 appointing him as Additional Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare stands cancelled.
