Much waited bureaucratic reshuffel after
Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani took over has taken place as major transferes and posting orders are issued today by the Govt. The names of IAS who are transfered are as follows:

Ashwani Kumar who was Commissioner Housing in Govt of Gujarat has been appointed as Secretary to Chief Minister in Gujarat. He is 1997 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre.

Mukesh Puri has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department while M S Dagur was given an additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Ports & Transport and Ajay Bhadoo is Vice Chairman & CEO, Gujarat Maritime Board. Similarly, Ashwani Kumar has been appointed as Secretary to Chief Minister; M Thennarasan as Municipal Commissioner, Surat Municipal Corporation; Mrs Shahmeena Husain as Commissioner, Women & Child Development; Pankaj Joshi as MD, Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited; Mrs Anju Sharma as Principal Secretary, Higher & Technical Education; Mohammed Shahid as Commissioner, Fisheries; S L Amrani as Joint Secretary, Labour & Employment; Vijay Nehra as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation; Pankaj Kumar as Principal Secretary, Medical Services & Medical Education; R B Barad as Municipal Commissioner, Jamnagar Municipal Corporation; Harshadkumar Ratilal Patel shifted to GAD; Milind Torawane as Secretary, Housing & Nirmal Gujarat with additional charge of Gujarat Urban development Company Limited; Mrs S Chhakchhuak as Superintendent of Stamps and Inspector General of Registration; Ravi Shankar as Commissioner, Tribal Development; J D Desai as Director, Labour; V J Rajput as Municipal Commissioner, Junagarh Municipal Corporation; Tushar Dholakia as Member Secretary, Gujarat Water Supply & Swerage Board; Rakesh Shankar as Deputy Commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and D S Shah was posted as Officer on Special Duty to Chief Minister.
