NTPC – SAIL Power Company ( NSPCL) a joint venture of NTPC Ltd. & SAIL has won the prestigious “SCOPE Award for Excellence and Outstanding Contribution to the Public Sector Management- Institutional Category for the year 2013-14 today 11th April,2016 at Vigyan Bhawan on the occasion of National Public Sector Day.
The award was presented by Shri Pranab Mukherjee, President of India to K.K Sharma, Chairman, NSPCL and Director (Operations),NTPC and Manash Sarkar, CEO,NSPCL.
Anant G Geete, Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises and G.M Siddeshwara, Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises were also present on the occasion. Th awards aim at promoting excellence, all round growth and development in organizations.
